Custom Orders
I like to offer both in-stock and custom orders to ensure that product is available to everyone! Therefore, custom orders will be available from time to time on a first come, first serve basis and will only be considered “on the list” when a deposit has been made. About Custom Orders
Once you have put a deposit down on a custom order, I will contact you in the order in which the deposits were received. There is no guarantee that your bag will be made by a certain date, as availability of hardware, leather and other material may be temporarily unavailable. Please contact me, preferably by Facebook, to let me know if you would like to request a due date and I will do my best to get it to you by then, but once again there are NO GUARANTEES. Bags normally will be received within 8 weeks of ordering, but on occasion may take longer. ALL ORDERS will be fulfilled within 4 months.
When I contact you we will discuss what you would like in your item. Once I have an idea of what you are wanting, I will then issue you a quote. If the quote is too high for your budget, we will adjust things to make sure that the bag is within your budget. Items under no circumstances will be priced below the base price listed under the custom order page.
Once we have your Order we will gather the supplies necessary to put your bag together. Please be patient and wait your turn. I will try to give you a general idea of when your bag will be done, but because custom orders can be time consuming, it’s not a guarantee.
When we are ready to start your custom order you will be invoiced for the remaining balance of the order PLUS the shipping. No orders will be started until the item has been paid in full.
Once your item is paid for it generally takes two weeks to complete.
Once the item is complete I will send you pictures to ensure that you are satisfied. Because custom orders are custom and made to order, there will be NO REFUNDS on custom orders. If you feel that I have misrepresented what you asked for, I will do my best to make things right.
When an item is ready to be shipped I will ship it out through USPS priority unless you have requested otherwise.
