Shipping and Returns

• Generally, we ship out the same day, or the following business day, depending on what time you place your order. 
• We ship through USPS unless you call and make other arrangements. 
• We offer free local pickup at our store located at 533 Leavitt Avenue Jordan, MT 59337, please call ahead at 406-671-4227.

Refunds will be given on all full-price merchandise returned within 7 days of receiving items as long as they are returned in the original condition (tags attached, no signs of wear and tear, free from pet hair/pet smell/cigarette smoke/stains, etc.). Buyer is responsible for shipping return items. All return merchandise must be sent USPS Priority, as to have a tracking number, which is to be sent to brokenbarrierleather@gmail.com. Please send returns to: Broken Barrier Leather P.O. Box 108 Jordan, MT. 59337. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

All custom items are sold as is, no refunds will be available 

Repairs 

Broken Barrier Leather will repair damaged products within 30 days of purchase as long as the repair is a result of an error on our part. After 30 days, the customer is responsible for the cost of repairs and shipping. If a repair is needed due to customer use at any time, the repair and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
